About the Item

A beautiful Mid-Century Modern decorative serving platter. Perfect for adding a little pop of color to any table setting, this piece by Lorenz Hutschenreuther is hand painted with a scene of a colorful parrot amidst a jungle background with gold-painted details around the edges. Round in form, the plate features two pierced geometric handles on each side. The center features a red, yellow, and blue parrot sitting upon a tree branch. He is surrounded by a lush botanical jungle background of green leaves and yellow flowers. The entire rim and handles of this dish are hand painted in gold.
