This fine antique George V sterling silver tea tray has a rounded navette shaped form. The surface of the tray is plain and unembellished. The flared galleried border is embellished with pierced arch and vertical pale decoration accented with circular motifs to the elevating ends. The upper rim of the hallmarked galleried border is ornamented with a band of applied reed decoration.
