Set of Six 24kt Gold Plated Roman Themed Coasters Signed by Piero Fornasetti

About the Item

This stunning set of six coasters were designed by the legendary Piero Fornasetti for Saks Fifth Avenue in Milan Italy circa 1960. They feature circular porcelain bodies with raised lips. In the center of each there is a pair of Greco Roman figures wearing togas having what appears to be a secretive conversation.
