21th Century Meissen Porcelain Mug Bayreuth Richard Wagner Fantaisie

Meissen Mug Richard Wagner Bayreuth Richard Wagner's first residence in Bayreuth was in Fantaisie, next to Donndorf Castle. the picture on the chisel cup is after a watercolor by Susanne Schinkel, the daughter of the famous Berlin architect Schinkel. The picture shows the apartment with Richard Wagner's balcony. Richard Wagner lived in 1872 at the Hotel Fantaisie in Bayreuth for a half year until he was able to move into the later domicile with his family . As Interior Designer Brigitte Martini played a key role in the renovation of this Wagner apartment in 2021^. To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the so-called Wagnerzimmer, art dealer Brigitte Martini developed this uniquely beautiful porcelain with the Meissen manufactory as a special edition and can only purchased exclusively from her. Each item is marked on the underside with the cross swords of Meissen. The porcelain is presented in an attractive beautiful gift box from the Meissen manufactory.
