4th quarter 19th century nest of 2 Kutani porcelain bowls, Japan. With elegant bold reserves of peafowl, the male sheltering the feeding female. Large inner band of diapered & floral reserves. Hairline in bottom of largest bowl. Meiji period. 6 Character marks. Small bowl: 7 1/8" dia., 3" h.
