Large Blue and White Chinese Charger Depicting the Gods Fu Lu and Shou

About the Item

A very large and impressive blue and white Chinese porcelain Charger depicting the Taoist concept of Good Fortune (Fu) Good Stable Income (Lu) and Long Life (Shou). Fu is on the right holding his grand child, Lu is i the middle and the old man on the left is Shou. On this charger the presence of children suggests another concept of Happiness (Xi). The plate is in mint condition. It bears no marks identifying the manufacturer.
