About the Item

A fine Empire 8-sided serving dish, Paris porcelain signed Nast underneath (Nast Manufacture, Parisian porcelain manufacture active between 1784 and 1830). Beautiful yet sober model enhanced with a fine gold line on the edge. Early 19th century period circa 1805 - 1810. The format is great for several usages : serving amuse-bouches, biscuits, presenting 4 to 6 eggcups (last picture is shown as an example, eggcups sold in a separate listing)... It is in excellent condition after over 200 years : gilt is outstandingly fresh without any attenuation, no accident.
