Pair of 19th Century Samson Derby Figures of Autumn & Spring, A girl is depicted as Autumn, in a green bodice and flower decorated skirt with puce sash, with a bunch of grapes in one hand, holding a basket of grapes with the other, beside a bocage tree stump, on a pierced rococo base. A boy is depicted as Spring wearing a pink flower-sprigged hat, green coat and flower decorated waistcoat with pale yellow breeches and red boots, holding a flower sprig, leaning against a bocage tree stump, also on pierced rococo base. Both approximately 8.5" inches high.
