Pr of French Old Paris or Vieux Paris urns now converted into table lamps c1810. Old Paris porcelain or Vieux Paris is very broadly defined as porcelain made by artisans in and around Paris from the late 18th century to the 1870’s. It was produced by numerous private factories clustered around the French capital. Superb gilding was a hallmark of Old Paris porcelain. Two rural landscapes, the gilding is acid etched. The pair with gilt swan handles. We have been a respected name in antiques for over 30 years with a large collection of period furniture, art, books, jewelry and decorative accessories.
