Set of French Pink Floral Dessert Set with 12 Plates and Two Footed Compotes
About the Item
This gorgeous 19th century French dessert set features botanical central decoration, each uniquely hand-painted with a different bouquet of mixed flowers. The composition is detailed and the combination of colors and species creates light and cheerful subjects. The plates are bordered with a "peony pink" border, outlined in gold. These were custom ordered and each plate is embellished with an "EA" monogram, elegantly painted in gold. There are also two compotes, one tall for fruit and one low and flat for cookies.
The condition is amazing and these would make both a lovely display and the perfect dessert plates with which to end the meal.
