These exceptional antique Georgian Newcastle sterling silver spoons have been crafted in the Old English pattern.
The anterior surface of each serving/table spoon handle terminal incorporates the contemporary bright cut engraved crest of a double-headed eagle displayed.
The reverse of each 18th century spoon is embellished with single drop heel, in addition to a pip to the handle terminal.
These exceptional set of antique silver spoons were crafted by the renowned Newcastle silversmiths John Robertson I & David Darling.
Such examples with a fine set of deeply and clearly struck hallmarks are becoming increasingly difficult to locate.

These antique sterling silver serving spoons are an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. Full hallmarks struck to the reverse of each handle are all very clear.

These fine antique George III Newcastle sterling silver teaspoons have been crafted in Old English pattern.
The anterior surface of the terminal of each handle is embellished with the contemporary engraved initials ‘WIE’.
Each spoon features an extended drop heel to the reverse of the bowl; this ornamentation is otherwise known as a strap drop.
These Fine Georgian silver teaspoons, crafted by the renowned and collectable Newcastle silversmith John Langlands II, are exceptional examples of their type.

These exceptional and rare antique George IV English sterling silver tradesman/sample spoons* have been crafted in the Fiddle pattern.
The anterior surface of each spoon handle terminal incorporates the contemporary engraved initial 'MAG'.
The reverse of each 19th century spoon has a rounded heel and to a pip to the handle terminal.
By virtue of their size these versatile silver spoons could be used for a multitude of functions, including: pickle, mustard/condiment, small coffee spoon.
