An exceptional, fine and impressive, large vintage George VI English sterling silver coffee pot; an addition to our silver teaware collection
This exceptional, large George VI vintage silver coffee pot has a tapering oval rounded form, in the iconic Design style, onto a circular spreading foot.
The hallmarked surface of the vintage sterling silver coffee pot is plain and unembellished with a subtle planished finish.
This coffee pot is fitted with a domed hinged cover surmounted with the original fine and impressive carved painted wood and silver finial.
This vintage 1940s sterling silver coffee pot retains the original carved painted wood angular handle with plain sterling silver sockets.
Condition
This vintage 1940s sterling silver coffee pot is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition.
Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the body and part hallmarks to the interior of the cover are all very clear.
