A Rare Meissen Dot Period Porcelain Hausmaler Eight Person Tea and Coffee Service 1763-74 Additional information: Date : 1763-1774 Period : Frederick Augustus I Elector of Saxony Marks : Underglaze blue crossed swords with single dot between the hilts, decorators puce dash Origin : Meissen, Saxony Colour : Outside decorated in puce with turquoise slender stems and gilt rims Pattern : Various flower sprays and sprigs Features:Teapot and cover, coffee pot and cover hot hater jug and cover, milk jug and cover, sucrier and cover. Arch shouldered teapoy and cover, slop bowl, a lozenge shape dish/spoon tray, eight tea cups and saucers . All covers with semi open bud finials and turquoise slender stems Condition : Cups and saucers with wear to gilt rims otherwise all good Restoration None
