Chinese Signboard with Red Coloured Calligraphy from Hardwood, C. 1900

About the Item

With a wood coloured base this signboard (crafted entirely from wood) highlights two large red coloured Chinese Characters. The signboard dates to the early 20th Century and has aged beautifully with ageing of the wood as well as fading of the original colour pigment. Dimensions: Height 53 cm x width 95 cm x depth 3 cm.
