Mid-20th Century Hand Painted Double Sided English Fairground Sign A genuine English mid-20th Century double sided hand painted fairground sign. Better Game, Better Sport, Better Try It. Written on both sides of this sign, It would have been attached to a large amusement arcade of sorts. Hand painted on plywood with old metal rivets still attached to the edge. A great bit of fun. Material: Plywood Age: 1950 - 1970 Size Approx.: Height 36” x Width 18” x Depth 0.3” Origin: English Condition Report Naturally aged item, that have stood the test of time, obvious loss to surface area including a natural patination to the painted surface., and loss of detail to the edge as shown. This item does not stand alone and would need to be hung on the wall. Its exceedingly difficult to photograph all the areas of these pieces, therefore we strongly suggest reviewing all the photos provided as part of this advert and propose questions where sections are unclear to avoid disappointment upon purchase.
