If you are looking for a remarkable light fixture to grace your living space then this antique Art Deco era chandelier could very well be the one. The combination of the organically flowing design, the beautifully patinated fine brass base and arms AND the hand carved natural mineral stone shades is an absolute joy to own and look at. The alabaster shades are among the prettiest we have ever seen, because they have black, white and even some near translucent veins and patches that, especially with the light shining through, create amazing patterns that only mother nature is capable of creating. There is something about the natural greins and translucent effect of the alabaster shades that makes these light fixtures stand out from anything you ever saw. What makes this chandelier even more special, is that all six alabaster shades are in mint condition. And thanks to their design the bulbs inside the shades stay below the upper edge and that also adds to the beauty and grand style of this early 1900s work of (lighting) art.
