About the Item

Rare ceiling lamp designed by Angelo Lelii for Arredoluce in the 1950s. Painted brass frame, frosted glass diffuser, excellent condition. The lamp can be used as a ceiling or wall light but also as a pendant chandelier with the addition of an electric cable. This rare lamp was designed by designer as well as entrepreneur Angelo Lelii, who with his company Arredoluce was able to revolutionize the world of lighting with his choice of high-quality materials and his inexhaustible executive imagination. In 1947 he presented the 12128 lamp at the 8th Milan Triennale, achieving great success that guaranteed him important collaborations. Aluminum, Plexiglas, brass and glass are the materials with which he manages to create his luminous, ingenious yet elegant works of art.
