About the Item
This is a striking tripod base wrought iron lamp. The oil reservoir, the vintage style cord and the tripod that rests on scrolled feet make it a standout. This is a vintage Colonial style wrought iron tripod scrollwork adjustable floor lamp from the early 20th Century, and it is ready for installation now. The lamp is versatile and resembles an industrial piece, but it fits seamlessly into a variety of design settings.
It retains its shaped finial, strapwork arm that supports a brass or copper oil receptacle with later white conical shade, with knopped brass "stop," on tall S-curve strapwork legs. It is 65 inches tall.
The lamp is rewired and has some rusting/patination, but is otherwise in good condition.
It measures 65 inches tall, and 14 inches wide and deep.
