Pair of Italian Midcentury Style Glass and Brass Wall Sconces
About the Item
A pair of Italian hour-glass shaped glass lights with brass cuff and shard detailing.
Taking inspiration from midcentury Italian design, the deceptively vintage appearance comes from the natural brass, worked in the traditional way which has remained unchanged since the 1950s. When allowed to patinate, it takes on the iconic vintage feel.
Set on a short arm, the sconces sit close to the wall and held in place by two delicate pin screws, tightened by hand.
The two opaque glass cones sit neatly inside three thin brass leaves and held robustly in place by a screw thread onto the bulb holder inside.
Three brass nuggets detail the end of each cone to finish each sconce.
Wired for the EU with 2 E27 bulb holders. We can wire for the US and UL certify for an upcharge.
