About the Item

Midcentury Danish table lamp from the ceramic workshop of Michael Andersen & Søn (Michael Andersen & Son) on the Danish island Bornholm. Designed and made ca 1960s. The lampbase is made of stoneware has a matte bottle green slightly speckled glaze with blue toward bottom of base. Included is a new lampshade designed and made in Denmark. It is made of woven fabric with some texture and it is off white. It has a top cover so it will spread a cosy light downwards. The lamp is fully marked on bottom and wears original MA&S papersticker. It´s in excellent vintage condition. Measurements Height including lamp shade (as shown in photos): 62 cm (24.41") (can be adjusted) Height ceramic part only (without socket): 35,7 cm (14.05") Width x depth lamp base: 12,5 x 12,5 cm (4.92" x 4.92") Diameter lamp shade: 34 cm (13.39") Lightbulb: For type E26/E27 Edison screw-fitting. The lamp is made for Scandinavian outlet. If you use other plugs in your country you can either use an adapter or exchange it with a plug used in your country.
