Clean Lined Art Deco Headboard, designed by Donald Deskey, American, circa 1930s. It retains its original espresso brown color finish in very good shape. If you prefer, we can refinish it in your choice of color for an additional charge. Please reach out to us if you are interested in refinishing it. It measures 90" width x 30.5" height. It can be used with a king size mattress (76" width) with nightstands towards the outside of the headboard, or with a queen size mattress with a 60" wide opening between the 15" wide nightstands...

Extraordinary nightstand crafted from highly figured ribbon Avodire wood with a frosted glass top that is illuminated from within as a nightlight. Created by the Holland Furniture Company in the 1940s. Donald Deskey at this time was designing for the Baker furniture company which had just relocated their factory to Holland Michigan as well as the Widdicomb Company which was located only 30 minutes away in Grand Rapids.
