Hardy Perfect Trout fly fishing reel,
A good Hardy Perfect trout fly reel with ebonite handle, alloy foot, white agate line guide and rim tension screw. The face plate is marked 'THE "PERFECT" 3 3/8, Made by Hardy Bros. Ltd. England'. The reel is in very good usable condition.
This model dates from the late 1970s through to the late 1980s. The check is known as a compensating mechanism and was first used in the Lightweight series in the 1960s.
