Arts and Crafts figural metalwork cigar cutter / ashtray. A brass Billy goat cigar cutter, jointed at the hip with integral cutter leaping over a cylindrical copper receptacle mounted on an elongated octagonal tray. The tray marked on the underside with a running ostrich in a diamond.
