Geometric Oak Room Wood Divider Screen Moon by Ana Volante

Ana was born in Venezuela and studied Interior Design. For a while she lived in Milano absorbing and studying all the art, design and architecture around her. In 2005 she returned to her native country with all that cultural and artistic knowledge and started designing residential and commercial projects. She co-owns an Interior Design Studio and in 2019 Ana Volante launched her personal project “THE MOON COLLECTION”. Her aim is to design sculptural pieces that balance functionality and art. Resulting in pieces with character that shine by themselves. Her grandfather left a huge inspiration in her. So, by evoking his architectural brutalist style Ana created her first exhibit. A compendium of coffee tables, consoles, benches and side tables. The geometric repetition can be seen in almost all the pieces as well as the use of wood and metallic finishes. Every piece is unique, designed by Ana with passion and produced by artisans with great emphasis in details. In most of the designs, when receiving the correct ambient light, all the moon shadows will start to become visible, resulting in a magical experience.
