Finely hand-woven Native American Navajo Rug in wheat, red, brown, and oatmeal colors from the SW United States from the early 1900s. This Navajo rug is in a geometric pattern consisting of a large medallion set in beautiful natural organic dye colors including ivory, red, brown and oatmeal background. The rug is in the original condition and has a very fine weave and high knot density. Navajo rugs are generally flat woven with wool for the body of the rug and usually cotton foundation.
