Hand-knotted in wool circa 1920, this 13x18 antique Savonnerie rug is an exciting new curation from the European rug collection by Rug & Kilim.
On the Design:
This rug features beige-brown underscoring all over floral patterns with some of the most elegant, bright colors—particularly vibrant greens and pinks, cream tones, navy blue and maroon, all matching those found in the borders.
With a great sense of scale for its size, a rug witnessing a delicious marriage of richness and whimsy together—extremely collectible, worthy of discerning projects.
