Pair of "Girolle" armchair designed by Jean-Pierre Laporte and produced by German cabinetmaker Thonet starting in 1969 under the artistic eye and direction of Pierre Paulin. Polyester fiberglass cast and jersey fabric. This chair is part of the collection of the Centre Pompidou, Paris, France.
