About the Item
Introducing this timeless leather armchair from the 1950s, this exquisite French-made armchair captures the essence of mid-century design. Crafted with attention to detail. It features a great patinated leather seat and backrest, which are held in place by beautiful brass strips on the sides. The padded leather arms, slightly sloping from front to back, provide a touch of luxury to the chair and makes the chair extra comfortable to sit in. Completing the aesthetic, the chair rests upon a sturdy black square metal frame, adding a contemporary edge to its vintage charm. A true symbol of French style, this leather armchair easily fits in any modern interior. it is often sold as or attributed to a design of Jacques Adnet, we didnt find any proof of that attrbution but we understand why as the style and quality are very similar to his works.
The left armrest has a professional repair, the crack is still visible but glued and fixed. Detailed shot on the last picture.
