MID 19th CENTURY SET OF EIGHT EMPIRE CHAIRS

About the Item

Elegant set of eight Empire style chairs, made of solid carved mahogany, with pure gold finishes. The front legs are shapely and straight, while the rear ones are flared, creating a unique visual balance. The back of the chairs is embellished with a delicate wooden leaf decoration, with two leaves finely finished in pure gold, which add a touch of luxury and refinement. The chairs are in perfect condition, complete with upholstery and equipped with protective lining, made with high quality fabric. The original purple-red fabric of the seat features classic gold embroidery, such as harps, peacocks and cupids, which add further elegance and charm to the chairs. The chairs come from Italian manufacture, from the mid-19th century. These chairs perfectly embody the Empire style, famous for its grandeur and refinement.
