Lounge Chair with Ottoman by Ib Madsen for Madsen & Schübell

About the Item

Lounge chair with ottoman by Ib Madsen for Madsen & Schübell, Denmark, circa 1950s. The chair and ottoman retain original black leather upholstery and feature multiple settings for comfortable angle adjustments. There is a detachable neck pillow also constructed from original leather upholstery. Both pieces sit on a teak frame, four star base with plastic capped feet. Condition: Good vintage condition; professionally cleaned and polished. The original leather shows age appropriate patina. Dimensions: {chair} 32.5" width x 26" depth x 41.5" height; seat height 16.5"; arm height 20" {ottoman} 21.5" width x 16.5 depth x 15.5" height.
