Mid 18th Century English George II Period Mule Dowry Chest / Trunk. The trunk is constructed from oak using mortise and tenon joinery. Features arched front paneling, a large lockable storage compartment and three lower drawers with brass bale hardware. The trunk is supported by Ogee bracket feet. Dimensions: 59" x 20.5" x 36.6" h
