French 18th Century ‘Vaissellier’ in Walnut, Lemon Wood and Burl Walnut
About the Item
An elegant country French 18th century walnut Vaissellier.The buffet is raised on richly carved cabriole legs, and a finely carved apron with a design of a central urn with scrolled branches, leaves and flowers. Above are two doors with a moulded border frame and a central burl walnut panel. Above are two drawers with an inlaid design. The hutch has three shelves to display china with a scalloped design at the front of each shelf. All original pewter hardware. All original rich patina throughout.
