George I Style Brass Mounted Ebonised Cabinet/DryBar on Giltwood Stand
About the Item
A stylish vintage 20th century, Chinoiserie style cabinet with engraved brass bracket hinges and hinged doors, opening to provision for adjustable shelving. The black lacquer body, with an intentional craquelure finish, is decorated with gilt painted bands. The cabinet sits on a carved giltwood base with an elaborate open scrollwork skirt on cabriole legs ending in scroll feet, unmarked.
This cabinet could serve a multitude of functions. I can absolutely envision this as a fabulous dry bar.

Condition:
Good, lacking shelves, cord hole cut out of back, scattered light nicks and scratches. Shows well. Ready to place.
