An important cabinet by Paolo Buffa

An important cabinet by Paolo Buffa. Veneered rosewood with maple inlays and brass fittings. The present piece of furniture is an outstanding example of Buffa's early approach towards a new Lombardian classicism, leaving the influences of Gio Ponti and Tomaso Buzzi behind to develop his own signature.
