18th Century Black Swedish Gustavian One Part Pine Bureau - Antique Secretary
About the Item
A black, antique Swedish Gustavian one part bureau, secretaire made of hand crafted painted Pinewood, in good condition. The Scandinavian writing table, desk is composed with a writing flap, three large drawers and one small one. The upper part of the secretary consist nine storage spaces, enhanced with the original chrome hardware and key, particularized in the Neoclassical Greek style. Minor fading, scratches due to age. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1720 - 1740, Stockholm, Sweden, Scandinavia.
