About the Item

19th-Century Biedermeier Mahogany Secretary Desk in Beautiful Graining We present you this piece of furniture with three drawers at the bottom, a drop front, and a narrow drawer under the cornice. The whole is topped with a straight and slightly advanced cornice. The drop front is flanked by small columns. Furthermore, the inside hides an additional sliding desktop lined with baize, a centrally placed storage compartment, and two rows of drawers. The pyramidal mahogany veneer with beautiful graining makes the secretaire a highly decorative piece. Presented secretary desk has undergone thorough renovation and is finished with shellac. There are visible traces after cracks on both sides.
