19th Century Secretary Desk

About the Item

A very handsome late American Empire Mahogany Secretary Desk. Very good condition overall with an old refinished surface exhibiting a beautiful color and patina to the figured Mahogany. Poplar and white Pine case wood and drawer construction. All the drawers and locks are working smoothly in the case, keys included. Very minor small veneer loos and stress cracks to the sides of the lower case piece. Old refinished surface has been properly cleaned and wax polished.
