About the Item

A 19th Century, antique Swedish Gustavian one part bureau, secretary made of hand crafted painted Pinewood, in good condition. The Scandinavian writing table, desk is composed with a writing flap and three large drawers. The upper part of the secretaire consist eight storage spaces, enhanced with the original chrome hardware and keys. Minor fading, scratches due to age. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1840 - 1860, Sweden, Scandinavia.
