Louis XVI Fall Top Secretaire, France, 1780-1800
About the Item
Stunning Louis XVI Falltop Secretaire, made in France, circa 1780-1800, rosewood, kingwood and walnut veneer and beautiful flower marquetry. The kingwood veneer parts are framed by a unusual and elegant green colored ribbon marquetry. The secretaire has a rose colored marble top. The leather on the writing top is replaced. It is in good condition.
