Superb Shallow Depth French Country Painted Mesh Door Secretary Desk
About the Item
This is a gorgeous distressed-painted SHALLOW DEPTH secretary desk with slide out leather writing surface with embossed edges. The finish is entirely original including signs of use and distressing from time and age. The case is two pieces, and the doors have wire mesh inserts. The piece is ESPECIALLY practical because it has no visual mass sideways and can be in tight hallways or entryways. Measures 85 tall x 34.25 wide x 19 inches deep. Two pieces and dates to the 1940s.
