Mid Century Modern storage unit by Amma, Italy.

About the Item

Large modulable shelving unit in palisander with white lacquered uprights by Amma, Italy 1962. There is a box to the right hand side which opens upwards and a section below comprising four drawers. To the left hand side there is a sliding door section, in two sections with a shelf in each. The configuration can be changed to suit requirements. The width can also be modified if desired. This is a very practical unit that can be used as a bookcase, sideboard or display unit. It also appears more contemporary and light as the uprights are painted white. It can be taken apart for shipping purposes which cuts down on shipping cost. It is quite easy to reassemble, but might need a professional depending on the nature of the wall it is being fixed to.
