These whimsical storage units were part of the Kiss the Future collection, characterized by a modular display system. Comprising transportable pieces of furniture, these units served multifunctional purposes, seamlessly transforming into in-store shops, pop-ups, and exhibition stands. Marc created a range of vibrant plastic display modules in various colors, including red, yellow, blue, green, black, and white. Their versatility shines through in their practical use. The modular system elements were arranged to showcase and highlight the featured items. When closing time arrived, these pieces seamlessly rolled together, forming a closed box to cover the interiors of the compartments. The storage case was designed with functionality in mind and aimed to fully utilize the technical capabilities of the material used in its production. This module was crafted through the rotation molding process, utilizing polypropylene as the foundational material. Therefore, the furniture has obtained a durable and impact resistant character and the creation of hollow forms with large proportions without the need for additional assembly was possible. The black sideboard bears two apertures dominated by a streamlined and curvilinear arrangement. The piece is signed with 'W.&.L.T. shop concept designed by Marc Newson W.&.L.T. Kiss the Future'.
