Rare Teak & Brass Sideboard by William Watting for Fristho, 1950s
About the Item
Super refined and elegant sideboard designed by William Watting for Fristho in the 1950s. The combination of teak with brass details all over and the cream colored doors make this a very unique and decorative piece. The slim tapered brass legs that come together in two triangle shapes make the design very light and subtle. This sideboard was most likely very expensive at the time and thus few have been made. This example remains in very good original condition with small traces of use as seen on the pictures.
