Pair 19th Century French Boulle card tables

About the Item

A rare pair of French 19th Century Boulle inlaid serpentine card tables. Each with wonderful red stained Tortoiseshell, inlaid classical decoration, gilded ormolu mounts and mouldings. The gate leg action supporting the open tops, revealing blue card playing tops. Supported by elegant cabriole legs, united by stretchers beneath. The tables can be positioned back to back thus creating a beautiful centre table. Batch 78. N/H
