Stylish and timeless Art Deco wall table. If you are looking for a beautiful antique sidetable to grace your living space then this all handcrafted specimen from the early 1900s could be flying your way soon. This remarkable table with its stylishly geometrical and inlaid patterns on each tier is both timeless and practical at the same time. Because of the design, the quality of the make and the beauty of the materials, we believe this piece can only have been made by one of the Dutch top makers from that era. This antique sidetable could not be more original and over the many decades it has grown a wonderful patina. Apart from a few minor and superficial 'moist spots' this Art Deco eyecatcher could not be in better condition. There are no damages, no restaurations and there are no (and never have been any) woodworm holes. What makes this sidetable extra special are the two rounded drawers. Thanks to the corner-hinges they can easily be opened and closed and the striking coromandel handles too are in superb condition. Have you also noticed the perfect dove tail connection on the (in)side of each drawer? They too reveal the quality of the workmanship of this early 1900s table. Underneath the table top (and out of sight) there also is a 'stopper' for each drawer, preventing them from fully opening. Because if they did fully open with weighty items inside, the hinges could get damaged. The combination of the beautiful design, its marvelous patina, the inlaid patterns and the rare drawers will make people want to stop, look at and 'study' this remarkable antique table. As you can see in one of our images this also is the perfect table for displaying an antique set of statues or perhaps a pair of stylish candle holders.
