Leather wrapped writing table with lion, Maitland Smith style. Mahogany table, could be used as a writing table, side table, or console table; 40" wide is a perfect versatile size. Leather wrapped top with gold tooling. Intricately carved legs. Iron frame bottom with a lion and ball on the stretcher. Single drawer. This piece is not marked Maitland Smith, but has all of the indications of being from Maitland Smith. Excellent Condition. 40" wide x 31" tall x 19" deep.
