An impressive authentic antique European Neoclassical style carved walnut table. circa 1900
France, late 19th / early 20th century, executed in timeless ancient Greco Roman taste, high-quality solid walnut construction, the large scale table having rectangular tabletop with stepped molded edge, supported by an architectural inspired colonnade columnar base. Raised on substantial fluted column supports, joined by colonnaded cross stretcher, further raised on bun feet.

As warm and handsome as it is functional, having the ideal size and proportions for a variety of different uses, including as a library table, writing desk, classic dining room table, kitchen island, monumental grand hall rectangle center table, traditional monastery refectory table, and more.

A rare and magnificent Italian Neoclassical Grand Tour Rosso & Carrera solid marble column table.
Italy, 19th century, almost certainly Rome, exceptionally executed in timeless Greco-Roman classical taste, with nods to Holy Roman Empire church tabernacle stands and altar tables, a most impressive work, hand-crafted of the finest solid stones, having a bold and distinctive sculptural form, featuring a long thick rectangular white Carrara marble slab top with molded edge, inset with three highly polished Rosso Levanto marble panels, each showcasing deep reddish hues and striking interweaving glossy white veining, creating a strong yet harmonious contrast and stunning visual display; rising on chunky architectural turned column legs in iconic white Carrara marble with subtle light gray veining, terminating in square rosso levanto base block feet.
Fine exhibition quality, almost certainly a custom made one of a kind work, that could have only been commissioned by someone with extraordinary means, such as aristocratic nobility, wealthy elite, important religious figure for a Catholic church, or perhaps it was exported to a foreign royal.
