George III Mahogany & Inlaid Sheraton Period Tilt Top Dining Table

About the Item

The highly figured plum pudding mahogany top with a broad mahogany cross banded border with both tulipwood & boxwood stringing. The tilting top is supported on the original saddle & sits above an octagonal shaped mahogany veneered & crossbanded column. The table supported on 4 very elegant downswept reeded legs with the original brass capped castors. Can seat up to 8.
