Chippendale mahogany Pembroke table.

About the Item

A fine mid 18th Century Chippendale period mahogany Pembroke table. The top with exquisite & highly figured veneers with rounded corners & thumb moulded edge. The base with frieze drawer and dummy to opposing side with brass axe head handles typical of other examples of Chippendale furniture. Supported on tapering & moulded legs ending with block feet & concealed sunk castors. Wonderfull condition, colour & neat proportions.
