TM Dining Dining Table 2.0 in Waxed Aluminum and White Oak by Jonathan Nesci
About the Item
The TM table 2.0 is producted in wax-polished aluminum with a solid, 1.25" thick, rift-sawn white oak top. This democratic seating design is flanked by i-beam construction solid aluminum legs, spanned with three custom-made i-beam supports. The aluminum construction is made up of 1/4 and 3/8" thick aluminum with hidden welds throughout. The wood top is secured to the aluminum base with ovoid holes to allow thermal expansion to the oak top. The wood edge has an underside chamfer set at the angle of the leg. The TM Table 2.0 is designed to sit 10 people comfortably.
Made to order, custom variations of scale and material are available on request.

Jonathan Nesci
Jonathan is a furniture and exhibition designer based in Columbus who works with a variety of producers in the Midwest that use conventional and digital fabrication processes to execute his designs in a myriad of materials and finishes. In 2009, "Wallpaper" honored Jonathan with a Design Award for Best Use Of Material for his “Library Bookcase,” a wall-mounted shelf in polished aluminum that was recently added to the permanent collection of the Indianapolis Museum of Art.
